The Fictiv File: Lenapehoking, the Congress, and the Paper War

Ten documents arrived in one archive — restoration notices, legal memoranda, founding-era references, and a 200-page compiled record. An eleventh — a three-sentence jurisdiction claim — arrived separately on October 13, 2026 and is archived alongside them. This section reproduces every word of each, then publishes an enhanced edition that researches, illustrates, and tests what they claim.

About this archive. These documents were received as a single collection and are published here unedited — as received, unverified. The Enhanced Editions are our research layer: deep dives, verifiable history, public-domain imagery, and explicit corrections where the record disagrees. Nothing here is legal advice; nothing here endorses or adopts any claim made in the originals. One-file option: the Complete Word Library (63 MB DOCX) bundles this entire archive — all originals and enhanced editions — together with the exhibit edition and every research brief, in a single master Word document.

How the Enhanced Editions Were Built

Each enhanced edition opens with the original document kept in full, then adds an editors' research dossier: the verified record with citations, corrections of specific misstatements, public-domain historical images with credits, and an assessment of the document's provenance and genre. Where a claim can't be verified, it is labeled unverified. Where a claim is contradicted by the record, the correction is printed alongside it.
